Meet OUR LEAD Patient ADVOCATE
Paula Miller, RN, BCPA
Paula is a highly qualified Registered Nurse with over 16 years of Case Management experience in the acute care setting along with 18 years of administration experience as a Nursing Executive and Chief Quality Officer. She has spent her entire nursing career advocating for patients and families to ensure that they receive the highest quality of care. She has worked both nationally and internationally leading quality oversight initiatives for hospitals giving her a strong knowledge base in navigating the healthcare system. Paula was previously the Clinical Director of the Sarasota Hospice House and in addition to being a Board Certified Patient Advocate, she is also a Certified Hospice Palliative Care Nurse.
